New Student Procedures:
1.  complete the registration packet of forms below:
         1)  Student Application
         2)  Medical Application 
         3)  release of student records (obtain from school office)
         4)  Permissions Form
2.  interview with the school treasurer
3.  have a physical examination and current immunization records
4.  submit a copy of the most recent grades, citizenship, and attendance records
5.  submit a copy of the most recent standardized test scores
6.  submit a copy of their birth certificate
7.  obtain a letter of financial clearance from their former school
8.  be 6 years of age on or before December 2 of the school year for first grade entrance
9.  take an entrance examination to assist in grade placement, as deemed necessary by the staff
